To provide for the health and safety of concertgoers during the pandemic, all concerts in 2021 will be performed in a specially fitted-out hall at the Olma-Halle complex in St. Gallen.
New eased restrictions are now in place for events with live audiences: mask are no longer compulsory, nor is social distancing required. Concertgoers must only present a valid Covid certificate (confirmation of recovery, vaccination, or a negative test result) in electronic or paper form.

Tickets will be sold by advance-purchase only in order to minimise personal contact. To protect your health and to allow for optimal entry to the venue, all pre-purchased tickets will be delivered by postal mail.

Information on your existing subscriptions
Subscriptions for the first and second halves of the year – with a reserved seat at the church in Trogen – can be ordered at the secretariat. For concerts held in other churches, subscribers are assigned seats according to their subscription category.
No new subscriptions are available for sale until further notice.
We appreciate your understanding. Current subscription holders: Your account balance will be held until your next concert visit, or refunded to you upon request. Or perhaps you would even like to donate you remaining balance? Should we be able to return to Trogen in 2022, “your” seat at that venue will remain reserved.
Covid-19 prevention plan
For your health and safety at concert performances, we have adopted a Covid-19 protection plan that is based on the recommendations issued by the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health and the cantonal authorities. The prevention plan is reviewed and updated regularly. We look forward to a healthy concert season!
Advance sales & ticketing
Tickets are sold by advance purchase only; no tickets are available at the door. The pre-purchased tickets and concert programme will be sent to you per post free of change two weeks prior to the performance. In order to facilitate contact-tracing requirements, we collect data such as your name, address, telephone number and email address upon ticket purchase.
Persons entering the venue require a valid Covid certificate with a QR code (tested, vaccinated or recovered) or a EU digital Covid certificate. Vaccination certificates and self-tests do not suffice. Concertgoers must present their Covid certificate upon entry to the concert venue together with official ID and a concert ticket. No data is collected upon checking of certificates. Children and youths under the age of 16 do not require a certificate.
We urgently request that you do not attend concerts if you experience symptoms of illness (fever, feverishness, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches, sudden loss of smell or taste) or if you have had close contact in the past 14 days with a person possibly infected with Covid 19. Concertgoers in high risk groups are responsible for their own safety measures over and above those described herein.
Rules on mask-wearing
Concertgoers are NOT required to wear a mask. Rules on social distancing Requirements on seating distance no longer apply. Assigned seats are not to be swapped.
Dispensers with hand sanitiser are provided at entry points and in the bathrooms for your convenience. Surfaces, hand rails, door handles, toilets and sinks are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
Entry and cloakroom
Doors open 30 minutes prior to the introductory workshop. Please follow the instructions of our staff on site. A cloakroom service is provided (no liability accepted).
Important documents for your concert visit

- Official ID with photo (ID card, passport, drivers licence)
- Concert ticket for entry to the concert hall
Light refreshments are served at our outdoor (under-cover) reception area. Restrictions no longer apply.

Further important information
Pre-purchased tickets may neither be returned nor exchanged.
No entry is permitted during performances due to the audio-visual recordings in progress. Concertgoers are aware that they may be video-recorded and agree to any broadcasting of the recordings.
Wheelchair users are requested to contact the Foundation Office in advance.
