Covid-19 prevention plan

For your health and safety at concert performances, we have adopted a Covid-19 protection plan that is based on the recommendations issued by the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health and the cantonal authorities. The prevention plan is reviewed and updated regularly. The current version is available at

Advance sales & ticketing
We appreciate it when you purchase your tickets in advance. For cantata concerts, tickets can be purchased at the door from 5pm until the concert begins at 7pm. In order to facilitate contact-tracing requirements, we collect data such as your name, address, telephone number and email address upon ticket purchase.

Tested, vaccinated or recovered / Covid certificate
Persons entering the venue require a valid Covid certificate with a QR code (tested, vaccinated or recovered) or a EU digital Covid certificate. Vaccination certificates and self-tests do not suffice. Concertgoers must present their Covid certificate upon entry to the concert venue together with official ID and a concert ticket. No data is collected upon checking of certificates. Children and youths under the age of 16 do not require a certificate.

We urgently request that you do not attend concerts if you experience symptoms of illness (fever, feverishness, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches, sudden loss of smell or taste) or if you have had close contact in the past 14 days with a person possibly infected with Covid 19. Concertgoers in high-risk groups are responsible for their own safety measures over and above those described herein.
Rules on mask-wearing
Concertgoers aged 12 and over are strictly required to wear a mask throughout the entire event venue. The general obligation to wear a mask applies in all indoor areas, access points and explicitly in the concert hall. Masks must be worn correctly, fully covering the nose and mouth. Please bring your own mask. Thank you!

Rules on social distancing
There is no legal obligation to maintain distance between concert seats.

Dispensers with hand sanitiser are provided at entry points and in the bathrooms for your convenience. Surfaces, hand rails, door handles, toilets and sinks are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
