Directions to the concerts in Trogen
(Appenzell Ausserrhoden)
All performances of the J.S Bach Foundation are held at the Evangelische Kirche in Trogen. The church can be easily reached by car or by public transport.
Travelling by car
Trogen – via Speicher – is approximately 20 minutes by car from St. Gallen. Alternative routes can be found on the map below.
Parking at the church in Trogen is limited. Additional parking is available near the fire station depot (car park “Spitzacker”).
Travelling by public transport
The "Trogener Bahn" leaves St. Gallen four times per hour and arrives about 30 minutes later in Trogen. The return train after the concert runs every 30 minutes. The walk from the train station in Trogen to the Evangelische Kirche is approximately 200 metres.
